Lua P On LookBook.nu, Fashion Inspirations and Music.

Lua P is 21 year old fashion merchandise student that has taken over Lookbook in a storm. Her looks are mesmerizing, making grunge seem more that just appealing. Lua also has her own personal blog where she shwcases her killer styling skills to the fans around the globe. I had an amazing chance to interview this lovely lady and I hope you'll enjoy!

Guna Campbell: How would you describe yourself in one sentence?

Lua P: I am a very down to earth girl that loves creativity in all its forms.  

GC: You're one of the big sensations on the lookbook.nu, how does it feel to know that there are over fourty-five thousand people drolling over your looks every single day?

LP: I feel utterly flattered by receiving such amazing feedback from so many people around the globe. I really couldn’t be more thankful for having so many amazing readers. I enjoy so much creating outfits and expressing myself through clothing that knowing that I could be inspiring someone as well is honestly overwhelming. 

GC: How do you piece your outfits together? What are the main inspirations?

LP: Since I live in NY everyday is pretty overwhelming in terms of inspiration. Its amazing the vast amount of styles and creativity people have here. But I have to discern between what I truly like and what is just pleasing to the eye. I always try to keep true to myself when I create an outfit. Sometimes I get an outfit idea in the middle of the day and sometimes I just come up with something when I’m getting dressed up. 

I get a lot of inspiration from websites like lookbook and tumblr which is a platform where you can see pictures from different sources such as blogs and fashion magazines or simply girls that take pictures with their webcams. I get inspired by almost everthing actually. Music and old movies also inspire my style a lot.

GC: Any exciting evens coming up for you that we should look out for?

LP: I am studying at the moment so I don’t have much time to do more things besides from posting in my blog! But I will definitely keep you updated!
